This group of individuals were selected to discuss their professional lives and what it is like living and working in the City That Never Sleeps. Watch the full interview here.    Min Kim | Executive Chef | Mizumi   Min Kim has built himself from the ground up and is now the Executive Chef of the high-profile Michelin Star restaurant Mizumi at the Wynn Las Vegas. Born in Korea and growing up in Australia, he has always been surrounded by cuisine and cooking, as his dad is also a chef. Min Kim has worked all around the world developing his skills in the kitchen. Now, he is an acclaimed chef with years of experience under his belt.      Cynthia Orr | Customer Development Professional | FEATURE at Wynn   As the Customer Development Professional at our Wynn retail location, Cynthia Orr is a part of the FEATURE family. Her day-to-day work consists of building client relationships, running styling appointments + ensuring that each client is satisfied when they leave the store. Every step of the way, Cynthia is with clients to help with their overall vision, from everyday styling to special event looks.     Ian Clement | Regional on Premise Manager | Red Bull   Ian Clement is the Regional on Premise Manager for Red Bull in North America and oversees operations in Las Vegas and Arizona. Ian manages a team that makes sure clients and partnerships in Las Vegas are satisfied at events and other Red Bull functions. Him and his team are currently preparing for the F1 race here in Las Vegas coming this November.      Jai Shaun | Director of Customer Development | Wynn + Encore   Jai Shaun started his career in hospitality and entertainment as a host and is now the Director of Customer Development at the Wynn and Encore in Las Vegas. Jai's primary responsibilities involve hands-on interactions with clients, ensuring that their trip to Vegas is memorable and planned seamlessly. Jai Shaun has worked with many celebrities and has been able to attend high-profile events like Formula 1 races and the Sundance Film Festival.      Matty Salazar | Director of Strategic Partnerships | Fontainebleau Hospitality    Matty Salazar has lived in Las Vegas for 14 years and has extensive experience in the entertainment industry here. He started as a VIP host on the strip and has worked his way up to being the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Fontainebleau Hospitality. His experience as a host created a strong foundation for his future, as curating events and selling to clients is a large part of his current role.
