With FIFA World Cup around the corner, sneaker brands are rolling out tons of new product centered around soccer and each national team. Jordan Brand has appeared this week in a surprising twist, introducing the Tiempo Streetgato, a new indoor soccer shoe.

Jordan Brand has been the face of basketball footwear since Michael’s introduction to the NBA in 1985. In the forty years since then, the Jumpman has expanded into a range of other sports, with an emphasis on baseball and golf, two of Mike’s favorite other ways to compete. In 2018, they dove head first into soccer, sponsoring Paris Saint-Germain and bringing the Jumpman logo onto the pitch for the very first time. Since then, PSG has released tons of branded Jordan gear, from mainline iconic silhouettes to a wide range of apparel. Now, Jordan Brand is stepping even further into the world of football with their first dedicated boot, the Tiempo Streetgato. Built for indoor play, the silhouette leans heavily on Nike’s long lineage of Tiempo boots, but adds their signature elephant print motif to the toe mudguard, as well as across the heel counter. In a fun twist, the Swoosh is still present here despite being a Jumpman silhouette, though that iconic logo can be found on the folded tongue. This piece looks as if you’d ripped the tongue off of an AJ5 and slapped it across a Nike shoe, but feels right at home.

Jordan Brand’s debut foray into the world of soccer footwear has been scheduled to release tomorrow, on March 13th, 2026. The new Tiempo Streetgato takes many design cues from iconic Nike football boots, while adding some signature touches like elephant print. Pairs will be available from Nike’s SNKRS app as well as select retailers for $130.
