By entering in the 'Melbourne / Chadstone In-Store Incentive' Promotion (Promotion), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. HOW TO ENTER 3. The Promotion commences on 25 February 2026 and ends at the relevant Culture Kings store's closing time on 8 March 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries must be received by the close of business of the relevant store on 8 March 2026.4. To enter this Promotion:(a) entrants must spend at least $200.00 in a single transaction during the PromotionPeriod at a Culture Kings retail store located in Melbourne or Chadstone, Victoria. Online purchases are excluded. A transaction that meets these criteria will be considered an Eligible Transaction;(b) After making an Eligible Transaction, and on the same day, entrants must submit an entry into the Promotion via the digital entry form and retain valid proof of purchase. The digital form can be accessed by scanning a QR code displayed on promotional posters in-store, or via in-store devices displaying the form. Each completed digital form associated with an Eligible Transaction will constitute one (1) entry into the Promotion.5. Each entry will be allocated only to the Prize Draw for the specific store at which the Eligible Transaction was made and will not be entered into the Prize Draw of any other store.6. Entrants may submit multiple entries at either or both stores, provided that each entry meets the entry criteria, relates to a separate Eligible Transaction and the entrant retains valid proof of purchase for each Eligible Transaction.   ELIGIBILITY  7. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and the identity and eligibility of entrants at any time. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who: (a) does not comply with the Terms and Conditions; (b) tampers with the entry process or the winner selection process; (c) has otherwise been fraudulent in the course of the Promotion; or (d) the Promoter reasonably suspects has done any of the foregoing.9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced, late or misdirected entries.10. If requested by the Promoter, an entrant must provide evidence of eligibility to the Promoter WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT 11. The drawn winners will be notified by the Promoter by email and telephone. The emailnotification will detail how the drawn winner can claim their prize and how it will be delivered. The Promoter's prize supplier, Ride Electric Retail Pty Ltd, will be responsible for arranging delivery of the prizes to the winners' nominated addresses.14. The full name of the drawn winners will be announced in a post on the Culture Kings'Instagram account (@culturekings.anz) on 9 March 2026.15. The Promoter will exercise reasonable attempts to contact each winner using the details provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or the drawn winner has not claimed their prize within three months of the draw, then the winner is taken to have forfeited the prize.16. If a prize is unclaimed by the initial drawn winner, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 12:00 PM AEST on 11 June 2026 at the same place as the original draw, in order to award any unclaimed prize, subject to any written directions from applicable government lottery authorities. PRIZES

17. The prize awarded to one (1) winner of the prize draw for all entries submitted for Eligible Transactions made at the Culture Kings Melbourne store is the Fatfish Grime Fat Tyre E-Bike in an exclusive Culture Kings design, valued at $5,000.00.
18. The prize awarded to one (1) winner of the prize draw for all entries submitted for Eligible Transactions made at the Culture Kings Chadstone store is the Fatfish Vice Fat Tyre E-Bike in an exclusive Culture Kings design, valued at $5,000.00.

19. Total prize pool value is $10,000.00.
20. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
21. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
22. All ancillary costs associated with claiming and using any prize (or part of a prize) are the responsibility of the winner, except for any costs specified in these Terms and Conditions as being part of the prize.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute a prize or part of a prize that is unavailable for an alternative of equal value and/or comparable specification.
24. The Promoter is not liable for any part of a prize that is lost or stolen after being awarded.

GENERAL


25. It is a condition of participating in the Promotion that entrants agree, in the event they are a winner, to:
(a) participate in all publicity (including photography) reasonably requested by the
Promoter in connection with this Promotion and the result, free of charge;
(b) consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and voice (including photo, film and
recordings of same) in any media for an unlimited period without further remuneration
for the purpose of promoting the Promoter's activities; and
(c) sign any reasonable legal documentation, including but not limited to a release and
indemnity, in the form required by the Promoter and prize organisers.
26. The Promoter collects personal information provided by entrants, such as their name, contact details and social media handle. This is collected for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, verifying entrants' eligibility, notifying winners, validating prize claims and undertaking any investigations to ensure the proper conduct of the Promotion. If the requested information is not provided, individuals may not be able to participate in the Promotion or claim any prize. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to applicable government lottery authorities and winners' names published as specified in these Terms and Conditions or as required by law. Each entrant consents to the Promoter using the personal information provided for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
27. The Promoter's Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement can be read in full at https://www.culturekings.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may request access to and corrections of information we hold about them, how to complain about how we handle personal information and how we deal with such complaints. We may disclose personal information to prize organisers and service providers located in Australia and overseas, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, publicising the outcome and co-ordinating the prize.
28. Save for any rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other terms implied into a contract that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Promoter, Ride Electric Retail Pty Ltd and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, agents and prize suppliers:
(a) make no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize;
(b) exclude any term, condition or warranty that may otherwise be implied into these Terms and Conditions;
(c) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where arising out of:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
(ii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(iii) any variation in stated prize values;
(iv) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner;
(v) any dispute between an entrant and any third party relating to the entrant's identity or entitlement to a prize; or
(vi) any use or redemption of the prize.
29. If the Promotion is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as anticipated for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) to disqualify any person; or
(b) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
30. Decisions of the Promoter in relation to this Promotion are final, provided the Promoter has acted reasonably and in compliance with all applicable laws. No correspondence will be entered into where this is the case.
