Much has been made, including on our front page, about the blurring lines between streetwear, performance, and formalwear. If you need proof, peruse through any brands’ catalog, and we’ll guarantee there’s some sort of sneaker loafer hybrid waiting in the wings. We’re extremely comfortable in saying that no one has done it like this before; the Air Jordan 1 Low Method of Make v3 is evidently plotting a (quite literal) game of dress-up.
Built on the Method of Make v3, previously an off-shoot series that helped Mike’s signature meet the “tech runner” wave, what you see is what you get — if you can believe your eyes. Yes, the rear of this shoe wears extended paneling meant to evoke a shirt collar, replete with a button closure tucked into the laces. Sticking in that section, a polka dot clip on the laces completes the “shirt and tie” promise, tacking on a gilded Jumpman broach in the process. Elsewhere on the shoe, that dress-up atmosphere lives on with pinstripe side panelling and black patent materials overall, before finishing with a patch of grey on the outsole.
Images of this Air Jordan 1 Low Method of Make, suit and tie and all, don’t come with concrete release info to match. We’ll keep you updated as those details come down, via this page or our Jordan Releases 2026 hub, but get an early sense of what’s on the way via the images below.
