At a time when consumers are becoming more frugal with their footwear choices, the $95 Nike V5 RNR has emerged as a clear win for the Swoosh, delivering much of the same Y2K-inspired aesthetic as the Vomero 5 and other mid-$100 competitors at a far more accessible price point.

Next up for the V5 RNR is a clean, understated black colorway for women, outfitted with glossy leather overlays atop a matching black mesh foundation. The stealthy makeup actually helps accentuate the techy character of the silhouette itself, from the various grey overlay markings to the double stacked Swoosh logos and more.
