Pharrell’s JOOPITER Is Entering The High-End Air Jordan Auctions Arena

For the PJ Tuckers and DJ Khaleds of the world, Pharrell’s digital auction house JOOPITER is holding a curated auction of Jordan PEs made specifically for the man himself — Jordan’s Jordans, if you will.

The collection consists of five sneakers and effectively covers four different chapters of MJ’s career. Jordan’s Jordans is open for global bidding from November 6th–18th, 2025, with each sneaker expected to fetch between $40,000 and $60,000. Air Jordan 1 “Chicago” (1985)

Naturally, we begin with the Air Jordan 1 — but not just any pair. Michael famously wore a custom mid-top cut on-court, featuring eight eyelets instead of the standard high-top’s nine and a more premium leather build. This “Chicago” pair is true to Jordan’s asymmetric sizing, with the left shoe in size 13 and the right in size 13.5.

Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” (1993)

Next up is a game-worn Air Jordan 8, which Mike laced up on April 30th, 1993, for Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs against the Atlanta Hawks — a game in which Jordan dropped 35 points, seven rebounds, and five assists in the original “Playoffs” colorway. This pair was obtained by Jordan’s longtime bodyguard John Wozniak, better known as the man who mimicked MJ’s iconic shrug in The Last Dance.

Air Jordan 9 Baseball Cleat “Barons” (1994)

We then jump to 1994, when Michael Jordan was pursuing his late father’s dream of him becoming a baseball player. MJ never wore the Air Jordan 9 on-court as a Chicago Bull, but he did wear a cleated version during his stint with the Birmingham Barons. This particular pair was worn throughout that season, making it one of the most unique pieces of game-used Jordan memorabilia in existence.

Air Jordan 11 “Concord” (1995–96)

Two Air Jordan 11s are included in the Jordan’s Jordans collection, starting with a game-worn “Concord” colorway signed by MJ in black marker. These were worn during the 1995–96 regular season, when Jordan earned his fourth MVP award and led the Bulls to a then-record 72–10 season.

Air Jordan 11 “Bred” (1996)

The final pair is a game-worn “Bred” Air Jordan 11, which Jordan laced up during the 1996 Playoffs. He would go on to capture his fourth NBA championship — his first after returning from retirement — setting the stage for the second three-peat of his legendary career.
