Over the last couple of months, the “Kobe Brand,” reinvigorated by Nike, has made waves with a flurry of exciting announcements, breathing new life into the legacy of the late basketball legend.

One particularly thrilling facet of the rekindled “Kobe Brand” is Vanessa Bryant’s hands-on involvement in selecting NCAA basketball programs to be honored as “Mamba Programs” during the upcoming 2023-24 college basketball season.

Back in August, the honor of being the inaugural “Mamba Program” went to the Kentucky Wildcats.
