New Balance Brings “Tornado” Tones to the 2010

New Balance still has some gas left in the tank before the year comes to a close. This week, a new colorway of their recent 2010 silhouette has emerged, dressing the shoe in a dark neutral palette of “Tornado” tones, coming soon.

The 2010 is New Balance’s latest addition to their lineup of lifestyle shoes, introduced this Summer. The brand new silhouette takes heavy inspiration from some of the brand’s heritage models, borrowing its shape and heavy layering from 2000s-era running shoes. The model also house their excellent Abzorb cushioning, with several pods of the reactive rubber tucked into the heels of the shoe. The model got its start through a collaboration with Kith, before getting its second team-up project with CdG. Sports super agent Rich Paul also has two colorways of his own on the way. This week, a gorgeous new in-line pair has surfaced, releasing during NB’s winter season window. The new look comes draped in dark neutral tones of grey, brown, and black, using primarily pigskin suede for the shoe’s layers. Blue branding and cushioning accents add a pop of color to the shoe.

NEW BALANCE 2010 “TORNADO” RELEASE INFORMATION

New Balance’s latest colorway for their Abzorb 2010 lifestyle sneaker does not have an official release date yet, but is expected to hit shelves in the next couple weeks. Dressed in a colorway dubbed “Tornado”, the pair mixes dark shades of grey, brown, and black for a stealthy new look. Pairs will be available from both NB and select retailers for $160.
