Eastside Golf Welcomes an Air Jordan 1 Collab Into Its "1961" Collection

As the audience and appeal of golf continues to grow, so does Jordan Brand's initiatives around the sport. Collaborative footwear and apparel efforts have been a focus for MJ's sub-label, many of which have been executed alongside Eastside Golf. And this season, the duo is teaming up for a special "1961" Collection that includes new footwear offerings like this newly-emerged Eastside Golf x Air Jordan 1 installment.The shoe's palette is reminiscent of the sport's landscape as a fairway-inspired green touches up the perforated toe boxes, lower heel overlays, ankle flaps and Swooshes, the latter of which features repetitive "Eastside Golf" branding written out in cursive font. The ball-and-wings logos are splashed with a hint of metallic gold while the word "Change" is debossed into the lateral heels in all-black text. Instead of the traditional Nike tongue branding, Eastside Golf implements its signature icon into the tongue banners.
