adidas’ 3D printed ClimaCool shoes return to their catalog this week, ahead of warmer weather. The 3D printed lattice structure provide plenty of airflow and cushioning, and the Laced model has dropped in two new styles, just in time for Spring.

adidas brought its first 3D printed shoe to market in December 2016, kicking off what has become one of the most ambitious technological journeys in sneaker history. Partnering with Carbon, adidas followed up with the Futurecraft 4D in 2017, featuring a fully lab-printed midsole built from athlete data and lattice structures designed to optimize cushioning and support. Then in 2024, adidas took the biggest leap yet. The brand introduced the fully 3D printed ClimaCool, the first adidas shoe where the entire construction, upper and chassis, was built through additive manufacturing, releasing globally in May 2025.

The new generation of ClimaCool shoes was one our favorite releases from 2025, and we’ve been tracking the project since its debut. In November, the Three Stripes unveiled some of their concepts for upcoming models, and today, they’ve released their latest styles of the ClimaCool Laced sneaker, a perfect warm weather shoe as we edge closer to Spring & Summer. The two new styles are some of their first editions that are not tonal in color, offering a little more depth for your sunny day ‘fits. First up is a smooth cream shade, which is paired with metallic silver stripes and an off-white tongue. The second pair leans toward darker neutrals, featuring a cool grey body, black tongues & laces, and Chalk white stripes.

adidas has released their latest styles of the 3D printed ClimaCool Laced sneaker today, on March 3rd, 2026. The shoe’s lattice structure is a perfect fit for warm weather as we get closer to spring, and comes in two styles for this season, Off-White & Silver, and Grey & White.
