Nike’s experimental Mind 001 is keeping the colorways coming, with a cool-toned “Work Blue” edition now joining the lineup.
The upcoming pair dresses the open-back mule almost entirely in Work Blue, a faded shade that gives the futuristic silhouette a lifestyle-leaning appearance. Light Hydrogen Blue adds subtle contrast to the Swoosh branding on the toe and midsole, while flashes of Light Lemon Twist appear underneath.
That brighter yellow shade highlights the Mind 001’s most important feature: the independent foam nodes underfoot. Nike designed the sensory system to move with the wearer and stimulate areas of the foot, making the unconventional sole both the model’s defining technology and its most recognizable visual element. Simply put, the Mind platform is one of Nike’s more intriguing novel ideals to have come out of Beaverton in a while, so expect more from this category moving forward.
The Nike Mind 001 “Work Blue” is expected to release during Fall/Holiday 2026 for $95.
