The Joker may not have anything rivaling Batman’s Air Jordan 6 boots, but the Clown Prince Of Crime’s name still rings out in Beaverton all the same. Since the Jumpman made neon green and purple a canonized combination with the Air Jordan 3 “Joker,” it’s been impossible for us to see that crop up in the catalog without drawing the same connection.

The Air Max line has stepped into the proverbial vat of acid on choice occasions before, most recently with the Air Max 95, stretching back to the Air Max 180 in 2024. The Air Max Plus is the next up in that villainous lineup, beginning with a jet black foundation that takes an interesting turn into a subtle gradient towards the heel. From there, the trademark pops of neon come into play with the mini Swoosh and insoles, before another hit of purple takes over the midfoot shank.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Joker” should be hitting Nike.com and the usual channels in short order, commanding a $185 retail price upon arrival.
