Social Status Reveals The Nike Mac Attack “Split Vision” Ahead Of October 27 Launch

Social Status kicked of the Nike Mac Attack frenzy with the “Silver Linings” release, laying the groundwork via their new online short film series called “1st & 15th”. They followed up with a second launch dubbed the “Social Currency“, it too bringing premium materials, special project branding, and the same tearaway upper concept on the Swoosh and ankle collar. Now, the Whitaker Group retail institution is ready to deliver it’s third installment — the “Split Vision”.

Presented in a grey-scale colorway, this third Mac Attack collaboration features premium leather and suede uppers in light smoke grey and dark smoke grey, with striking yellow ochre present on the bright shoe laces. Like the first two drops, these feature a tearaway satin on the Swoosh and ankle, revealing a darker shade of the neutral tone. Special shoe-boxes and interior packaging, as well as custom inserts will also be included in this third of four anticipated release (the fourth Mac Attack revealed not long ago). Furthermore, Social Status premiered the third episode of the 1st & 15th story (video below), directed by Loyd Visuals.

The “Split Vision” is officially launching on October 27th for $140, with sizes ranging from Mens 3.5/Women’s 5 to Mens 16/Women’s 17.5; they’ll be available in-store at the three Whitaker Group retail fronts — Social Status, A Ma Maniere, and APB Store — and online exclusively on Social Status.
