ASICS and New Balance continue to dominate the tech runner trend, but real ball knowers will tell you that Saucony has some of the best and most comfortable retro models on the market right now, none more front and center than the Progrid Omni 9. Jae Tips’ “To Do List” collab from 2024 remains the model’s most notable moment in the spotlight, but the GR colorways we’ve seen since have been plenty applaudable in their own right, and the brand’s Paris Fashion Week preview tells us there’s lots more to look forward to.

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Saucony is taking a stab at the gift-giving holiday with a special red edition. Unlike many Valentine’s Day shoes, the absence of overt motifs like heart graphics makes it a viable option year-round (weather permitting, of course). A red mesh base pairs with a black rubberized cage for a bit of edginess, complemented by subtle baby pink hits around the Saucony logo, eyelets, and select portions of the midsole and outsole.
