Every year toward the end of June, your favorite fashion accounts, and increasingly sneaker media ones, are awash with news from Paris. What was traditionally a space reserved for the haute couture labels has now spread to nearly every major player in footwear. At least when it comes to being represented on our homepage, Reebok planted its flag in the ground during the last biannual showcase, now circling back to flex its LTD premium/experimental label for another season.
The return of the Reebok DMX Daytona, a mid-’90s design helmed by none other than Christian Tresser (of Air Max 97 fame, a shoe it’s frequently compared to), is without question the big headline. The cross-trainer is here in heavy numbers, with retro metallic two-piece outfitting across its layered composition in bronze and cobalt. On the other hand, subtler blue and beige suede applications demonstrate a more lifestyle-ready lane, while a light blue/brown/yellow palette reaches for an eccentric color combination. Even outside of its standard sneaker build, the DMX Daytona’s presence is felt; it lends its sole unit to a crossover effort that utilizes boat shoe/moc uppers.
Though not a wholly new design, that fashion-forward ethos continues into a slip-on/moc overhaul of the Reebok Premier LTD, here displayed in techy pink/grey, as well as some truly wild palettes like teal/burgundy/lavender or a maximalist purple/yellow/green. Halfway between this build and the standard one, the Premier LTD shifts into a half-lace build that utilizes new brushed-metal circular cages on the sides.
Finally, the familiar. The standard Reebok Premier LTD is accounted for, focusing on the same expressive LTD palettes we’ve come to expect. The Mostro also enters the program, coated in a Y2K-like combination of steel/red/gum. The Hammer, one of the more celebrated models from the outfit, and the Club C LTD close us out, leaning on simplistic color palettes that build off a premium overall atmosphere.
All of the shoes showcased in this Reebok LTD Spring/Summer 2027 preview are, expectedly, queued up for the first half of next year. Peruse the images throughout this piece for a closer look.
