Nike Reveals a "Hot Sauce"-Flavored Air Max 1

Nike brought the Air Max 1 back to center stage last year by highlighting it in 2023's Air Max Day celebration with the return of the OG "Big Bubble" look. Carrying this momentum into this year, the Air Max 1 '86 is set to have a big year with upcoming releases including a Jackie Robinson-themed pair, a "Museum Masterpieces" rendition and two special colorways prepared by Parisian label Jacquemus. Now, the Swoosh again looks to the Air Max 1 with a new "Hot Sauce" theme.Kicking off this new rendition of the Air Max 1, the base of its upper utilizes a white textile finish. From there, its overlays range from white leather to a silver foil spread across the mudguard. Its Swooshes bring a pop of color as they carry a bright red at each side with black specks scattered throughout. As for the heel, it features thematic Nike branding with a chili pepper in place of the letter I. The left shoe's sockliner also carries this detail while the right shoe's sockliner features text that reads "It's in the sauce."At the time of writing, Nike has not disclosed any release details regarding this "Hot Sauce" flavor of the Air Max 1.
