Nike Celebrates HBCU Students With Terminator High Pack

For four consecutive years, Nike continues its commendable tradition of honoring Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) students and alumni through the introduction of the Yardrunners 4.0 Class. This latest Yardrunners class exemplifies the “Draft Day” theme, celebrating the remarkable achievements of HBCU graduates beyond their campus years.

The Yardrunners 4.0 Class is a diverse mix, encompassing individuals from various fields. It includes notable figures such as Tennessee State alumnus and Los Angeles Clippers forward, Robert Covington, as well as talented artists like Bowie State graduate, Foggie Raw. This class symbolizes the essence of HBCU excellence.

Introduced in 2020, the Nike Yardrunner campaign was initially spearheaded by HBCU graduates within the company. Since its inception, Nike has continually used this campaign as a platform to empower and uplift the HBCU community by highlighting the accomplishments of its students and alumni.

Furthermore, Nike is set to release exclusive Terminator colorways this year, drawing inspiration from prominent HBCUs such as Morehouse College, Spelman College, Tuskegee University, Tennessee State University, and Alabama A&M University.
