Update (3/25/26): Here is a first look at the 2026 “Voltage” Air Foamposite Pro via Foot Locker. A release will take place on May 8th.
Nike Sportswear will revive the Air Foamposite Pro in a big way. In 2026, we will see more original colorways of the model return. One of those that will return is the “Voltage” Nike Air Foamposite Pro.
A classic shoe, this iteration was originally released in 1997, which was part of the initial run of the Pro. What makes things more exciting is that the return, slated for Summer 2026, will be the first time the shoes will be retro.
After the Foamposite Pro took a hiatus, it seems that Nike is going full force on the return. For 2025, we have the “Pearl” iteration returning, which is also an original release. Also in 2025, we have the “Pine Green” pair hitting retailers again, which was first launched in 2011. In Spring 2026, the brand will launch the “University Blue” pair, marking its first re-release.
This Nike Air Foamposite Pro is dressed in a Black and Voltage Yellow color combination. Mimicking the OG pair, the shoes will feature Black throughout, including the Foamposite shell, nubuck eyestays, tongue, and laces. In addition, the same treatment is given to the carbon fiber shank plate. Highlighting the shoes is Voltage Yellow on the Swoosh logos and tongue branding. The design is completed with a Black translucent rubber outsole.
