Detailed Look at the Nike KD 4 "Weatherman"

It's shaping up to be a big throwback year for Nike Basketball as its latest signature shoes such as the Nike Book 1 are slated to be joined by fan favorites from years past like the Kobe 8 and LeBron 4. Another much-anticipated return is Kevin Durant's Nike KD 4, and the Swoosh is not holding back as everything from the "Nerf" colorway to the "Galaxy" and "Weatherman" pairs are all set to be arriving on shelves this year.Now, as plans continue to be revealed, a detailed breakdown of the 2024 version of the KD 4 "Weatherman" has been shared. A proper recreation of the original 2011 release, it again features an electric "Lush Green" throughout the upper, with a meteorology-inspired weather map detail around the heel and at the translucent outsole. Adding to the theme, the black strap combines a neon green Swoosh with a topographic map underneath. Lastly, the special sockliner reads "THE FORECAST CALLS FOR A THUNDER STORM," at the left shoe, with three weather-related symbols at the right one.At the time of writing, Nike has yet to disclose any release details regarding the return of the KD 4 in its "Weatherman" colorway.
