"Platinum Violet" Hits Nike's New Air Max Flyknit Venture

Nike's Air Max line began over 35 years ago with the Air Max 1 and remains as relevant as ever with new silhouettes introduced each year. The brand's signature Air units continue to excite sneakerheads as they back everything from the Air Jordan 1 to newer models like the Air Max Scorpion. Each year, Air Max Day -- taking place annually on March 26 -- brings forth a new Air Max silhouette. For 2024, it is said to be the Air Max DN taking center stage. However, there's another Air Max to look forward to this year -- the Air Max Flyknit Venture.Previewed at the end of 2023, the Air Max Flyknit Venture expands the line with a new trail-ready build. Its upper utilizes a layered Flyknit construction that utilizes purple and gray throughout this "Platinum Violet" colorway while a neon green accents the laces. Looking to the sizable sole unit, its bottommost layer appears in black with white speckles as brown occupies a majority of the midsole before transitioning to gray for the mudguard.At the time of writing, Nike has not disclosed its plans regarding the launch of the Air Max Flyknit Venture, including this "Platinum Violet" colorway.
