Clarks has just presented a new "Beyond Worlds" campaign that sees the brand step into the Metaverse with Empire Music to give fans around the world the chance to see Nigerian musician, Fireboy DML at a live concert from the comfort of their own home.Over recent times, the Wallabee silhouette has been a stellar canvas for experimentation. From high-profile collaborations with Vandy the Pink and XLARGE to silhouette adaptations that have seen the shoe developed into a slip-on design, the Wallabee has proved time and time again that it has the potential to be turned into a viral moment at any given time.Now, the shoe's latest presentation has been fronted by Fireboy DML. The Afrobeats star is one of the leading artists of his era who is passionate about doing justice to the music genre while passing it down to future generations. For the official "Beyond Worlds" campaign, Fireboy is captured wearing the Clarks Originals Wallabee from the "Jacquard" collection -- it fuses colorful 60s-inspired florals with heritage construction, while the grey floral Wallabee also features soft and breathable jacquard uppers. And while the shoe is available in physical form, it will also be reimagined in the digital world of the Metaverse as Fireboy DML gears up for an exclusive show, supported by Nigerian singer, Nissi and Cape Verdean American singer-songwriter, June Freedom. Speaking about his new campaign and live Metaverse show, Fireboy DML said:"Partnering with an iconic global brand with such rich history that I admire is such a beautiful thing.
