Between two album cycles and a true supporting role in Marty Supreme, it’s been a banner few years for Mr. Tyler, the Creator. Sadly, one of the arms of his clothing empire did shutter its doors, as he announced that the Le Fleur label had reached its conclusion, but certainly that doesn’t mean he’s done putting his stamp on the apparel world. His enduring 1908 partnership under Converse demonstrates exactly that, a relationship that’s only expanded scope into pseudo-signature silhouettes like the 1908 Pro Leather.

Seeds of this star-laden model began to creep out towards the top of the summer, worn by Tyler next to Inde Navarette on the red carpet and spotted early at Converse retail stores. It stormed to shelves in inverse white/green and green/white executions, now plotting its next era with a three-colorway update.

Our dedicated readership will note that we’ve already seen this white/red, an effective palette swap on how this model debuted, but “Black/Pristine” and “Bison/Dusty Citron” looks now flank it in an upcoming collection. Either utilizes suede foundations in its upper, but the black provides a link back to classic sportstyle while the “Bison” flexes an unexpected color combo aligned with Tyler’s design ethos. Of course, star logo siding and the molded toes remain in place across all three variations.

This latest Converse x Tyler, The Creator capsule is expected to hit Converse.com, in-store, and retail partners in the coming weeks. The standard $105 retail price remains intact for this release.
