Outfitting some of the best footballers in the world while continuously innovating with premier technologies, the adidas Football banner has maintained its dominance across the sport for well over 70 years. For the 3-Stripes’ latest installment on the pitch, the brand is teaming up with renowned luxury car brand Bugatti; marking the perfect cleat for adidas footballer and two-time Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema – nicknamed the “Bugatti Benz” on the pitch.

The unexpected collaboration between two of the world’s leading engineering brands was initially hinted at via Bugatti’s Instagram page. Imagery of what’s believed to be a carbon fiber shoe box has sparked conversation surrounding a potential football boot collaboration. The German sportswear behemoth is more than familiar with working alongside opulent automobile manufacturers, crafting the Porsche 911-inspired football boot in 2016. The upcoming joint effort is expected to revolve around a black and luminous blue color palette.

The Bugatti x adidas football boot is expected to be revealed alongside official details tomorrow, November 1st. In the meantime, the aforementioned teaser can be seen ahead.
