Action Bronson Officially Reveals His New Balance 1906R "Scorpius" Collaboration

Shortly after teasing a 1906R "Rosewater" collaboration with New Balance, Action Bronson has officially revealed another forthcoming co-created effort: the 1906R "Scorpius," a shoe he first teased back in June 2023. Boasting one of the signature wild palettes that the rapper, fine artist, wrestler, bodybuilder, actor and chef's footwear collaborations have become known for, the "Scorpius" is something of a metaphor for Bronson himself: it's big, bold, boisterous, and divergent — combining a lot of elements that typically wouldn't work together — but somehow all exist in perfect harmony thanks to sheer panache.Though we've only got a single, tilted image of the shoe's medial side to go off of, it reveals plenty of details. The mesh base is split between yellow and dark amber, while overlays add a bright neon green, a soft olive, more amber and plenty of silver detailing. If that wasn't enough, there's a hit of blaze orange around the collar, steel grey on the midsole and both light blue and peanut butter brown on the outsole. Last but not least, two-tone boot style laces similar to the ones used on Bronson's duo of 990v6 collabs round the look off. There's no info on an official release date at the time of writing. However, if there's one thing we know about Bronson, it's that more content is never far off – so stay tuned for updates as they're made available.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
