Willy Chavarria’s Three Stripes journey has been one of sustained quality. Since spotlighting his blend of cultural heritage and refined formalwear on the pointed Jabber Low and the likes, the designer has changed focus as the brand turned the ship around to focus primarily on the international game. In that new initiative, Chavarria has honed in on the Megaride franchise, starting 2026 with two expressive, futuristic editions before taking things classic with a soccer-focused capsule that included trademark black and white.

Even though the smoke has cleared on Yamal and co., Willy remains dialed in on the vis tech icon. As seen on special edition packaging and in candy shop campaign shots, the Willy Chavarria x adidas Megaride in pink takes its cues from bubblegum. The multi-hyphenate’s rose motif aligns with the fire red Three Stripes hangtag that breaks up what’s otherwise a monochromatic profile. And of course, the usual bend toward premium feels continues with oiled mesh and leather that sit atop the synthetic mesh foundation.
