Reebok follows the Brain Dead x Reebok DMX Series 3000 with a second DMX collaboration. This one is with Houston’s A Herd of Bison.
The DMX Trailzilla borrows most of its cues from the archival DMX Armadillo II. That includes the wavy side lines and the blocky midsole. Small changes to the shape give this version its own character.
A Herd of Bison’s pair leans into function. A utility pocket serves as the lace shroud, and a removable compass and carabiner set clips on. The base is stealthy, with lime green pops on the side and a purple midsole unit. Vibram’s orange outsole finishes a ’90s trail look.
