$Wet-Wicking GORE-TEX Nike Dunks Appear In “Light Bone”$

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: part of the reason the Nike Dunk Low isn’t as sought-after today as it was during the pandemic era is because many consumers have lost faith in the model’s quality. That said, sneakerheads will soon have the chance to cop a handful of colorways that restore some confidence. Nike is teaming up with GORE-TEX, the world’s most recognized waterproof textile brand, for a Dunk Low collection dropping Holiday 2025.

Joining the “Light Crimson” and “Triple Black” GORE-TEX Dunks already in Nike’s release pipeline is a clean and neutral “Light Bone/Mink Brown” option, shown here via official images. The sneaker carries all the collection’s hallmarks, led by water-wicking GORE-TEX underlays and debossed dots that replace the standard perforations at the toe box. Leather overlays pair with new TPU Swoosh logos on both sides, echoing the model’s outdoor-ready upgrades, while a ripple-pattern outsole improves traction on wet surfaces.

Although the Dunk Low is the centerpiece, Nike is extending its GORE-TEX treatment to other icons. New Air Force 1 and Air Max Sunder styles are on deck for winter, alongside the return of the Nike ACG Gaiadome. Put simply, the Beaverton brand looks well-prepared for the weather ahead.
