The Nike Air Trainer 1 Gets a White & Wheat Update for Fall 2023

The Nike Air Trainer 1 is back. The iconic multi-sport training shoe celebrated its thirty-fifth anniversary in 2022, and they have slowly rolled out a wave of new colorways for the model, with a new white & wheat look coming this Fall.

Nike celebrated thirty five years of their iconic Air Trainer 1 last year, reviving the famous cross-trainer with a host of new color schemes. Originally created by Tinker Hatfield, the AT1 was meant to perform both in the gym and across court sports, providing plenty of cushioning thanks to its incapsulated Air unit, as well as keeping athletes locked in with its mid-cut collar. Now, the AT1 is back with a host of new colorways, adding a new look this week for the Fall 2023 roster. The new look features a white & wheat brown color scheme, consisting of a white leather upper with brown shades added to the midfoot and heel suede overlays. Black branding throughout the model completes the look.

Nike’s upcoming new colorway of the classic Air Trainer 1 has not been announced for release, though they are expected to drop in Fall 2023. The crisp white & wheat brown colorway will likely drop from both Nike and select retailers, with a price tag of $130 for the in-line AT1 style.
