Originally released in 2008 as a part of Nike’s “Greatest Hit’s” collection, the Nike Air Max 1 “Keep Rippin Stop Slippin” will return this Holiday 2023 season.

Released as a part of the “Greatest Hit’s” collection, this offering was released alongside the Nike Air Stab “Runnin’ Gunnin,” and the Nike Air Max 90 “King of the Mountain.” In 2023, the offering will return to the original Safety Orange and Black design. Sporting a safety orange base that’s detailed with Safari print overlays and black pony detailing while standard black leather is used on the heels and Nike Swoosh logos. “Keep Rippin Stop Slippin” is included on the heels while a sail rubber midsole and a black graphic outsole complete the design underneath.

The Nike Air Max 1 will be returning this Fall 2023 season via NBHD retailers and Nike.com. A retail price has yet to be determined. It is also unknown if the pair will release exclusively in men’s or women’s sizing.
