Running with its momentum from last year's 35th anniversary celebrations, the year has treated the sneaker to new looks paired alongside retro ones. Looking at August in particular, its AM1 contribution sees "Bronze" highlight the sneaker.Again, Nike has employed a mixed material approach that fuses a white mesh base with suede overlays and leather detailing. These overlays carry a "Light Orewood Brown" that offers a taupe hue that is contrasted by its "Bronze" Swooshes and mudguard in leather. Adding to this, Nike Air branding at the tongue, sockliner and heel similarly dons "Bronze" hits. Wrapping up the look, an all-white midsole spotlights the visible Air unit while black, "Bronze" and white combine at the rubber outsole.At the time of writing, Nike has yet to confirm a release period for this "Bronze" colorway of the Air Max 1.
