Even as it charts a more divergent path, the Boston brand has signaled that the base composition still has plenty left on the bone, with no end in sight for simpler palette swaps. The New Balance 2000 “Silver Moss” exemplifies just that, a summer-ready edition that foregrounds the expressive, maximalist hardware of the shoe with a subtle flooded look. Even within those bounds, there’s room to be eye-catching, as gradient treatments across the mesh demonstrate.
