"Mint" New Balance 992 Might be the Next Every Now And Then Collaboration

UPDATE 7/3/26: It has not been over a year since we got our first look at the Every Now & Then x New Balance 992. Teased initially in the background of a JoeFreshGoods promo, and later appearing in official images, the pair is finally expected to release this Summer. In an email today JFG announced a new chapter for his retail store, coming soon to Chicago’s West Town neighborhood. The minty green pair of the 992 was included in the email in the photo below, which notably declares the colorway “Not a Joe shoe bitch”, a small jab at blogs like us who originally pinned the style as a JFG release during its initial leak last year.

New Balance’s beloved 992 has returned to their arsenal in the last year, bringing back an immensely popular model that last appeared in 2022. This week, the model has surfaced in a “Mint Green” style, presumed to be an Every Now And Then collaboration.

Back in June, JoeFreshGoods announced his next move in the sneaker space, making his Every Now And Then brand an official partner with New Balance. The creative studio has a retail space in Chicago that now carries a variety of NB styles, and in June, the two released a video campaign announcing the new partnership and their first shoe, a pair of the Fresh Foam RCVRY slipper in their signature green shade. One eagle-eyed viewer of the video, our friend Adham, spotted a 992 hidden in the background, which has seemingly surfaced in official images this week.

The new style of the Made in USA 992 has not been officially confirmed as an ENAT project yet, but the still shot from the video (seen below) seems to confirm it. In the video, Joe is sitting at a desk and behind him sits a striking green shoe box with a silhouette that seems to be a 992 with mint green panelling sticking out from it. The color blocking on that shoe and the new official images of this 992 seem to line up, so it seems like a sure bet what this style is. Mixing shades of off-white and cream for the base layers, the minty green tone is added to the mudguards, lacing system, and N logos with a gum sole to complete the look.

NEW BALANCE 992 “MINT GREEN” RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest style of New Balance’s Made in USA 992 to surface in official photos does not have a release date yet, but is expected to release soon in 2025. This pair is presumed to be a collaboration with JoeFreshGoods’ Every Now And Then label, and will likely release first through their retail store and online channels. Pairs will come with a $200 price tag.
