Teyana Taylor has already established a strong connection with Jordan Brand. Her first collaboration arrived in 2023 with the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 “A Rose From Harlem.” Earlier in 2026, she followed that project with the Air Jordan 3 “Concrete Rose.” The upcoming Air Jordan 16 will be her third collaboration with the brand.
This time, Taylor is taking on a much different silhouette. The Air Jordan 16 originally launched in 2001 and was designed by Wilson Smith III. It was also the first Air Jordan in more than a decade to be designed by someone other than Tinker Hatfield.
As for the Teyana Taylor version, no official images are available yet. Even the color code remains unknown. That means details about the materials, color blocking, branding, and any Taylor-specific graphics are still being kept under wraps. Based on her previous Jordan projects, the expectation is that the design will carry a strong concept rather than simply applying a new color.
