Take an Early Look at Merrell 1TRL's SS24 Collection

Merrell 1TRL is getting ready to roll out its SS24 footwear range, and ahead of the impending release we've been given a sneak peek at a quartet of forthcoming styles. Revealed by @organiclab.zip — the outdoor-focused Instagram page and archive group that calls itself a "collaborative encyclopedia" — the new pairs appear to be updated iterations of Merrell classics like the Jungle Moc, Hydro Moc and Moab Speed. The duo of new Jungle Mocs is a compelling fusion of classic and current, combining a time-honored Jungle Moc outsole, midsole and mudguard with an entirely woven upper, collar and tongue somewhat reminiscent of Nike's cult classic Air Woven. The Hydro Moc has been morphed into a duo of thick-soled styles, one which offers a fully enclosed (though still plenty ventilated) upper, with a clever faux heel strap that nods to the original design, the other a backless, mule-like style. Lastly, the Moab Speed-like silhouette boasts ribcage-like midfoot overlays along with a sharply angled Vibram sole. At the time of writing, pricing information, official silhouette names, and release dates for the footwear from the Merrell 1TRL SS24 collection have yet to be revealed. However it'll likely touch down in the coming weeks, so be sure to stay tuned for more info as it's made available.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
