Update: After penciling in the release date for their much-anticipated third collaboration on November 24, Stüssy and Birkenstock have lifted the veil on what's to be expected from the drop: the comfort-first Solana sandal.Building on Birkenstock's signature one-strap Kyoto style, the all-new Solana silhouette employs a fluffy shearling lining for a winter-time finish. The design features the footwear label's classic cork footbed, with an oversized suede upper that hosts Stüssy's signature and appears in three tones: “Bone,” “Caramel” and “Washed Green."The shoe is made for both indoor and outdoor wear, according to the brands.The accompanying campaign visuals, shared to Instagram on Tuesday, see a slew of models sporting the sandals at a beach bonfire.
