The Jumpman is hardly alone in looking to cresting brands as the melding of fashion and streetwear continues apace, but it feels like the incidence rate of first-time collaborations is only picking up as time goes on. With upcoming christenings like the Mowalola Jordan 14 or the APB Jordan 11 Low in the balance, an apparel capsule between Saint Mx6 and Jordan will bring a new partner into the mix.

We’ve gotten a hold of exactly what clothing options will be on tap, but the Lakers’ Rui Hachimura beat us to the punch for at least one piece. In his “tunnel fit” for Game 2 against the Rockets, he sported the Saint Mxxxxxx x Jordan Varsity Jacket, replete with various co-branding hits like the 23/45 patch on the left panel and spell-out “Saint” text on the right sleeve. Already a valued signee, seen with the Rui Hachimura Jordan 4028 and a spree of previous footwear drops, the Los Angeles forward is a perfect representative of this link-up in particular; a mashup between Jordan Brand and the LA-Tokyo partnership that is Saint Mx6.
