Our only gripe with this new Nike GT Future duo is that it won’t see a global release. The Nike-sponsored Chinese High School Basketball League (CHBL) is closing out its season with a strong slate of “Galaxy” PEs, and given the model’s clear ties to late ’90s and early 2000s silhouettes, it’s fair to call the GT Future the best-looking of the bunch.

The CHBL receives two “Galaxy” colorways, one in blue and one in pink, effectively channeling the legendary “Galaxy” Foamposites (albeit in different hues). Nike already dropped a GT Future “Galaxy” back in March, which sold out instantly and is now trading for nearly 3x retail on the aftermarket. The rest of the CHBL collection includes GT Cut 4 “Galaxy” styles as well as a Sabrina 3, the latter of which has yet to surface via official images.

The Nike GT Future “CHBL/Galaxy” duo releases April 30th exclusively in China, meaning you’re out of luck if you live anywhere else. See official images below if you’re considering copping.
