Reebok’s Premier Road Modern Enters Its Extensive Contemporary Catalog

Making its first appearance in a special collaboration with South Korean label KANGHYUK, Reebok LTD now readies its Premier Road Modern for general release, unveiling a new three-piece collection. The high-performance sneaker presents a futuristic interpretation on Reebok’s 2005-born Premier line which, in its heyday, was considered a cutting-edge offering for runners. Using the original Premier Road Plus silhouette as a template for design, KANGHYUK and Reebok LTD crafted a highly-dimensional take with an innovative one-piece upper that adds a new defining feature to the original sporty shape.At its heart, the technical design elevates the comfort-focused qualities found in the Premier Road Plus. An inside layer made of mesh inserts gives the sneaker a new level of breathability while a dual-density midsole and TPU shank offer stability for on-road running. Other functional features of the sneaker include a robust rope lace and deeply carved grip sole. Whilst the initial KANGHYUK version of the sneaker came in a striking red colorway, the general release collection boasts black, gray and blue colorways.
