Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish “Crystal Sand” Drops In September

The adidas VIRGINIA roster had a hot 2025, getting its feet under it with an oversized Superstar before taking over timelines and news feeds with the adidas Jellyfish. Earning sneaker of the year honors for a number of outlets, the shoe is looking to go back to back.

That’s the case even as Pharrell Williams expands his adidas roster with the VIRGINIA Verio Flat Earther and a range of new silhouettes teased with bottom-up shots earlier this month. The “OG” is now back in the spotlight as the man himself is back in the adidas Jellyfish, redoubling a tan and blue version first spotted at the Footwear News Achievement Awards.

Given the fact that a vast majority of publicly-spotted and publicly-released versions have operated off the same tone-on-white script, this pair marks a potential new direction as the Jellyfish enters Year Two. Shifting to lifestyle vs. sporty certainly aligns with the fashion-forward atmosphere that the multi-hyphenate has always championed, pinning light beige and sky blue together for this colorway.
