Nike’s G.T. Hustle 2 Joins The “Be True To Her School” Collection

Nike’s latest inline collection is centered directly around their female sneaker audience titled “Be True To Her School”. A play off the 1985 Nike Dunk pack, the contemporary ensemble of silhouettes has broadened its horizons from the brand’s heritage clad-leather solutions to include one of their latest performance basketball silhouettes, the Nike GT Hustle 2.

While a varsity-style color blocking doesn’t appear like its AF1 and Dunk Low counterparts, the mid-top model synonymous with Victor Wembanyama this season is undergoing a greyscale initiative echoing the hues of Jordan Brand’s iconic “Cool Grey” colorway. Consuming the sidewalls, vamp and heel in a dark shade of grey, a contrasting slate of crisp white hues illuminates the tongue, laces, midsole and profile swoosh while a “Silver Metallic” finish ascertains the mudguard.  Denoting its inclusion within the pack at the co-branded insoles, the silhouette extends a Roman Numeral execution at the heel, embroidered to match the year of the model’s release; 2024.

The Nike GT Hustle 2 “Be True To Her School” is expected to be released in 2024. In the meantime, the pair can be seen ahead in detailed imagery.

For more on-court silhouettes, the Kobe Reverse Grinch releases on December 15th.
