Nike’s ACG Moc Premium Surfaces in ‘Russet’ Brown for Fall

Nike’s ACG team reintroduced their retro Moc slipper this year, bringing back the simple silhouette in new colorways. This week, we’ve seen a new Premium format emerge, with a ‘Russet’ brown pair expected to release in the Fall.

In 1994, Nike’s newly-minted ACG division released the Air Ida, a simple slip-on silhouette for casual outdoor wear. Named for its resemblance to Idahoan potatoes, the silhouette has been adjusted and modified several times over the years, with the ACG Moc 3.5 from 2022 being the latest version. This year, the OG is back, refreshed in a handful of new colorways that are already widely available. This week, we got our first look at a new Premium format for the silhouette, constructing the single-piece upper in upscale leather textiles. Today, a ‘Russet’ brown colorway has emerged, and is expected to release in the Fall.

Nike ACG’s next iteration of their retro Moc silhouette, upgraded for the Premium edition, has not been announced for release, though they are expected to arrive sometime later this year. Featuring a single-piece ‘Russet’ brown leather upper, pairs will be available from both the SNKRS app and select retailers for an expected $100.
