One of the more notable of that crowd was the Nike Zoom Mercurial Superfly 10 Elite Air Max 95 “Neon,” obviously referencing the timeless hi-vis colorway and bringing its streetstyle appeal onto the pitch.

Half a year later, the initiative branches onto a fresh version, as the Nike Mercurial Vapor 16 Elite Air Max 95m comes to light. Rather than pulling from the 110’s venerated catalog, this update ushers in a novel colorway, harkening to the tradition of dazzling football wear with iridescent waves across the sidewalls and on the heel. On top of that anatomical design, the midline of the shoe mirrors the lifestyle composition, with sheer stripes below the mesh body mirroring the 3M lacestays and the lacing system taking heavy cues as well.
