New Balance is cooking up a brand new silhouette to release this year, dubbed the Warped Runner. While little is known about the model, new colorways are slowly popping up, like this fresh ‘Blue’ pair, launching later in 2023.
New Balance’s upcoming new model, the Warped Runner, first surfaced last month in leaked images of a simple white and grey look. Shortly after, Japanese fashion label Auralee quietly showed off two collaborative colorways of the silhouette during their Paris Fashion Week show. Now, another in-line pair has surfaced in photos from Italian retailer Antonioli, sporting a bright blue color scheme. The new model features knit textile base layer as opposed to the brand’s usual synthetic mesh, adding several layers of smooth suede on top. The base of this pair comes in black, with a white ‘N’ logo, while the suede pieces add the blue tone. The sleek, yet enormous midsole comes split into two shades of grey, one dark for the bulk of the unit, with a hint of light grey at the heels.
NEW BALANCE WARPED RUNNER ‘BLUE’ RELEASE INFORMATION
New Balance’s upcoming new Warped Runner silhouette has not been officially announced yet, but Italian retailer Antonioli shared some images of the new model this week. Dressed in a black and blue color scheme, pairs of the fresh silhouette will likely debut from both the brand’s website and select retailers. Additionally, no pricing has been revealed yet.
