Lapstone & Hammer Dips ASICS and Standard Issue Classics in Shades of Indigo

For Lapstone & Hammer's first capsule of 2024, the Philadelphia-based label is diving deep into an indigo-blue hue to present an expansive hand-dyed collection of sneakers and apparel. Continuing on the theme of its “Indigo Stonewash” capsule, Lapstone & Hammer joined hands with ASICS on the footwear front and Los Angeles-based Standard Issue for a complementary suite of apparel including hoodies, tees and sweats – all pieces hand-dyed in Philly. Lapstone reworks ASICS Gel-NYC and Gel-1130 silhouettes. Lots of care and attention went into getting the proper wash for that perfect fade, while still retaining a range of indigo tones in each pair.
