The stars are always out in Hollywood, but Jordan Brand really put its roster on full display for the earnest announcement of its Space Jam initiative. On top of appearances from the likes of Anthony Anderson, Azzi Fudd, Howard White, Aleali May, and SoFaygo, Jordan Brand’s top entertainment endorsee stepped into the building. Travis Scott made the rounds wearing a yet-unseen colorway of the Jordan Jumpman Jack in navy, and now we’ve got an up-close look at the sample.

Save for the peek into Cactus Jack’s vault, this Jordan Jumpman Jack is relatively straightforward, utilizing deep aquatics across the mesh foundation and leather overlays before breaking into a contrasting white Swoosh one layer above. In that choice, there’s some inherent intrigue; the longer Jordan Brand’s Travis Scott shoes series stretches on, the more it feels like the Houston MC diverges from the earthy overtones he’s majored in for years.

However, while we can’t take one source as gospel, these images come with a disclaimer that the Jordan Jumpman Jack project is complete (at least for the moment). Nike, Inc. is never in the business of confirming these sorts of inside-baseball rumors, and has been notoriously tight-lipped when it comes to Cactus Jack. However, even from an outside perspective, it’s clear that there was a real groundswell in 2024/25 to shift his focus from Reverse Swoosh retros to his own signature silhouettes; don’t forget the Zoom Field Jaxx, his design under Nike proper.

The last release for the Jordan Jumpman Jack came in March of 2026. The latest for the Field Jaxx is even further back in January of 2025. Perhaps more notably, none of the typical “leak” channels have had any information regarding future plans for either model. Further, it appears any shift away from the core Nike roster has all but reversed. His indomitable AJ1 Low OG series picked back up with a third Fragment Design collab and the subsequent “Pink Pack,” before his Carlos Alcaraz link-up brought another take on the AF1.

One thing is for sure: attaching Travis Scott’s name and utilizing his design touch remain two of the truly bankable assets in an otherwise chilly “hype sneakers” landscape. We may not know exactly what form his future efforts will take, but trust that he’s still very much valued in Beaverton.
