Vancouver menswear powerhouse Haven is back in the sneaker scene this season. The retailer and clothing brand has teamed up with Vans for a special release of the Authentic, rendered in tonal colorways, premium materials, and featuring a Vibram sole underneath.

Haven planted its roots in Edmonton, Canada in 2006, before eventually shifting their business to call Vancouver home. Now in their twentieth year, what started as a retail store has grown into one of the most respected menswear stores in Canada, largely due to their excellent eponymous label of cut & sew apparel. Their focus leans into versatile everyday garments made with high end materials, and built for any element you throw at them, often including Gore-Tex’s range of weatherproof materials. For their latest footwear project, with Vans, they’ve leaned more on natural textiles for two special pairs of the Authentic. The iconic low-top skate shoe comes in a split build for this release, smooth nubuck for the rear half and shaggy suede for the toes, emphasizing depth through the materials. Each pair features a veg-tan leather lining for comfort, paired with a Vibram outsole that subtly changes the fit for a more comfortable, long-lasting wear.

HAVEN X VANS AUTHENTIC VIBRAM PACK RELEASE INFORMATION

The new collaboration from Canadian retailer Haven and Vans has already dropped via the store’s website and in-store channels, but Vans has a second release lined up for this week on March 27th, 2026. Their take on the classic Authentic comes in tonal black or white styles, rendered in smooth nubuck and textured suede with Vibram soles. Pairs will come with a $140 price tag.
