FootJoy's Traditions Line Gets a New Blucher Model

With the new year comes new golf shoe silhouettes, and January is the ideal time for FootJoy to reveal what it's been cooking up with the PGA Show taking place at the end of the month in Orlando. Last year the brand revealed its new Wilcox silhouette, which is part of the Premiere Series line, at golf's biggest trade show. This time around the Massachusetts-based brand known for timeless golf footwear is adding to the Traditions series.Alongside the Premiere Series, Traditions has picked up steam since its launch in 2021, serving as a lightweight alternative for those who prefer a classic looking golf shoe. The key is that despite its weight savings and flexible midsole, there's no sacrifice when it comes to waterproof performance or underfoot traction. Aesthetically, the new Blucher model sees the shoes recently adopted by the likes of Jason Day take on a derby-style lacing system similar to the Premiere Series Field.It comes in three colorways: white leather with navy accents, white leather with a brick colored midsole and black leather with a white midsole. The Blucher is offered in narrow, medium, wide and extra wide cuts and has a price tag of $150 USD.
