adidas Introduces Rave-Inspired Exomniac Sneakers

After introducing nightlife-inspired sneakers last year with Japanese graphic designer GUCCIMAZE, adidas now expands its in-line offerings with a new rave-inspired silhouette dubbed "Exomniac."Said to be inspired by futuristic design and dance culture, the pairs arrive in a leather and mesh build with a black base and metallic silver trim. Bearing a resemblance to adidas' Orektro and Ozrah silhouettes, the sneaker features an abstract maze of overlays with three-stripe accents running over the side panels and tongue. Custom graphics adorn the insoles and rounding out the look are adiprene midsoles equipped with a formotion heel pocket and grippy two-tone rubber outsoles."These adidas trainers call back to the '90s and early 2000s, when running shoes were practically synonymous with rave culture," writes adidas.
