First Look at the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "University Red"

The Jumpman team has been giving its Air Jordan 1 Low OG a plethora of moments to shine in this first half of 2023. Travis Scott launched what is reportedly his last variation of the silhouette and various Jordan-sponsored colleges were gifted special player exclusive colorways. And now the model is resurfaced in the form of a new "University Red" installment that is targeting a debut sometime later this year.Early leaked images of the pair reveal its side and heel angles. It bears a two-toned presentation that is guided by a crisp white hue that fills in a majority of the leather upper while its titular shade drops off on the Swooshes, interior liners, Nike Air tongue branding and heightened heel overlays to create a Bulls-friendly theme. The pair is somewhat similar to the Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Varsity Red" that retro'd in 2015, but the accents here are dialed to a slightly brighter shade. Bottoms are devised with angelic midsole units and bold red outsoles to complete its look.At the time of writing, no hard launch info has been announced, but you can likely expect these to hit the market in the latter half of the year.In case you missed it, the Air Jordan 1 Low '85 "Metallic Navy" is expected to make a return in 2024.
