Following the reveal of the BadBo 1.0 signature shoe and an apparel collection, the next phase of Benito’s adidas partnership now shifts toward the world of archival running mixed with the game of international football.

Officially named the Bad Bunny x adidas F50 Ghost Sprint, the model recently made a brief appearance in adidas’ cinematic World Cup campaign starring football legends, Timothée Chalamet, and Bad Bunny himself. All that we could make out was another slim, low-profile silhouette covered in a unique netting.

Some may recognize the silhouette from nearly a year ago, when Benito was quietly spotted wearing the shoe in public before details surrounding the collaboration were known. At the time, many overlooked the sneaker entirely due to its unfamiliar shape and minimal branding.

The F50 Ghost Sprint itself draws from a low-profile lifestyle silhouette rooted in mid-2000s track running footwear, a silhouette that was revived in Summer 2025. For Bad Bunny’s version, adidas introduces a striking exterior netting layer inspired by football goal nets, giving the sneaker a undoubtable World Cup connection. The slimmed-down proportions also align closely with the growing popularity of sleek, football-inspired footwear that continue to dominate both fashion and sneaker culture.

Three colorways are currently expected to release: Solar Slime, Core Black, and Dark Marine, with the last of three appearing on Benito’s feet and in the recent adidas campaign. Early reports indicate a July 18th launch date with a retail price of $160 USD.
